I've never been good with keeping up journal entries. In fact, I cleared out a few old ones since they didn't contain much and pretty much said the same things. Slightly ironically, there isn't currently much new to say... I've still been very busy and so my artistic side has had to take the backseat for awhile which is why it's been so long since I've submitted anything.

However, since I am currently in the process of making lifestyle changes - partially in order to give more time to the things that matter most to me (artwork being one of them) - I should hopefully be making more creations at a faster rate in the future. Photoshop art is definitely something I still love immensely.

Anyways, my latest one is: A Symmetry of Imperfection

Which I had a lot of fun making and I hope it's a pleasure for the eyes! It is for mine at least!

I'll start off by saying that though I've had both Photoshop and this DeviantArt account for over a year, only now - 2008 - have I really begun to make artwork. And so, I am diving into myself to tap my unrealized potential.

After my first actual attempt at artwork, 'On the Edge of Dawn' - which I finished June 6, 2008 - I noticed my skills improving at incredible speeds.

My second and most recent piece of art is 'The Lifebringer', which I just finished June 10, 2008. It turned out MUCH better than I though it would, which suprised me, lol!

And now, I just finished 'The Promised Return' on June 26th, 2008, which also turned out better than I had imagined it.

Anyways, please comment and let me know what you think - suggestions for improving techniques would be greatly appreciated, as I am still learning
